A year ago, local friends told us about Neil Cole from the Piano Consultancy. Really pleased with the tunings. Its an excellent service - minor repairs were included in the price....

My piano tuner is Rolf, who used to be the head of piano technicians department at Chappells of Bond Street. He's just struck out on his own now, and still tunes my piano, as well as some of my students in the neighbourhood. (I'm a concert pianist).
He comes from a family of piano technicians, tradition passed down from his grandfather.

Lovely guy, friendly, and thorough.

Rolf Dragstra. Tell him Miaomiao recommended him. (I don't get any commissions! so just an honest opinion)
