Their map is nonsense - the actual location is about half a km from the 'pin' on the map.

Most of the new development in Canada Water, including the tall tower above the tube, has been bought by cash buyers from China. The Arc developer couldn't be more obvious in its marketing - "follow the money".

Very misleading locating the map pin on Long Lane close to Borough when the building site is on Tanner St almost right up against the rail viaduct.

Indeed, but you're forgetting the 'dimmable spotlight'!
Pretty desperate to highlight the sort of things that were standard in new developments well over ten years ago.

Or more likely, they don't feel they need to chase too hard at the moment to reel in the Chinese investors, despite using that oddly patronising, stereotyped character.

Maybe they rely on no-one doing their research and challenging the PR baloney, and presumably there's also no chance of charging them with the following offence under the Trades Description Act:

"making certain kinds of false statement about the provision of any services, facilities or accommodation"

A trip to B & Q will get them for twenty quid, not bad for a 'modern wonder'. Do those apples look a bit weird to anyone else?

The vid is hilarious but probably not to the people who want to buy one of those flats. They know their customers.
