Help with Southwark's decent homes stats

HeCan anyone help provide Southwark's decent homes stats for the missing dates below? Finding it very hard to find values as at 1st April 2013 and clear value for 1st April 2012. Decency should be about 90% by now and not stuck around the 50's or 60's. Many thanks to anyone who knows. Jerry

Projected Decency 2015/16 = ?
Projected Decency 2014/15 = ?
Projected / Actual Decency 2013/14 (as at April 2014) = ??? 60?
Decency 2012/13 (as at April 2013) = ??? 60? "43. Over 60% of the councilís rented accommodation were Decent at March 2013." Note the slippery wording!
(NOTE: at 1 April 2012, there were 214,000 non-decent local authority owned dwellings across England)
Decency 2011/12 (as at April 2012) = 56%? (SKHD 2012/13:1,413 were made decent in 2011/12) (SKHD 2012/13:a further 1,189 became non decent as of April 2012)
Decency 2010/11 (as at April 2011) = 69% (or56%?) (chk: 17,240/stock=?)(5,500 council homes have become non decent this year; 17,000 homes failing to meet the
standard)(Cabinet 31 May 2011: an additional 5,641 properties fell out of decency as at 1st April this year, bringing the current total of non-decent properties to 17,240.)(SKHD 2012/13: 1,927 homes were made decent in 2010/11, but April 2011, 5,521 additional council homes became non-decent)
Decency 2009/10 (as at April 2010) = 65.3% (Non-decent= 34.7%, 100-65.3)(Made decent = 1,866; 45. Over the last three years 5,982 homes have been made decent)
Decency 2008/9 (as at April 2009) = 53% (Non-decent= 47%, 100-53)
Decency 2005/6?
Decency 2004/5 = 41.68% (approx. 5,000 homes)
(with a further 1,750 homes undergoing capital works to take them out of non-decency during 2005/06)
Decency 2001/2 (31st March 2002; as at April 2002) = 50.98%
