I am a Magistrate and I'd be interested whether this is within the powers of the Magistrates Court or the Crown Court. I sit in the City of London and City of Westminster, and as such not part of the trial boroughs. Very interesting though!

Cue anti-perspirant dealers plying their trade outside pubs, clubs and restaurants! Some of those anti-perspirants are worse than B.O. btw, but that's a different story.

Don't a lot of antiperspirants contain alcohol?
I wonder if that would be picked up by the tag...
