Have been a member here for a while now.
Manager Lenny is very knowledgeable and approachable, so why not stop by and have a chat to him, and a look around the place.
I have no trouble working up a sweat in winter or summer.
Boroughonian, you make me smile!
Just put the levels up.
It costs 19.95 per month for the basic gym membership which I think is good value.
Wish they had a sauna like the old Topnotch on Brad Street did.

The beauty of it is that it is contract free, month to month, so you can try it and if you don't like it, you give a months notice and your out.

I like that there is no hard sell, like with chain gyms. There is a lot more choice now of course for cheap gyms, so it's probably best to pick the one that you are most likely to go to, but I think Colombo is a good choice.

I like it when the gym is cold!

Lol, I agree JazzyQ, it's a lot easier to warm up than get cool, this is why cardigans were invented.
