My partner and I are hoping members of SE1 forum can recommend a personal trainer for us. We are both very unfit, a bit overweight and are recovering from surgery/ injuries. Because of this we need/ want someone who is experienced in injury rehabilitation as well as someone who can build our motivation and confidence. We would prefer to work with them in a local park/ our communal garden rather than in a local gym.

Hi. Hope you don't mind me posting. I'm a PT based just off tower bridge road and I specialise in rehab - Cancer is my particular interest but I've trained people through heart attack, spinal injury, stroke, hip replacement and all sorts of other injuries. Much of what I do is about overcoming fatigue and pain, and rebuilding confidence. if I can help.

Hi Lullylush. Thanks for the reply. Have looked at your website and this seems to be the exactly what we are looking for. Will contact you directly and feedback on here if anyone else is interested.

Updating with feedback in case anyone else in SE1 needs a personal trainer/ help getting fit or rehab. My partner and I decided to give Lullylush a go (turning down several PTs who messaged us privately and assumed we were all about optimum weight loss...).

We were a little hesitant before the first session as we really were sure how good she would be (and my partner is picky about PTs!). I have to say we were instantly won around and have been utterly impressed. Lullylush has a brilliant understanding of recovery from surgery and health conditions; knows how to build confidence and motivation and got us exercising our battered bodies again, all with a great sense of humour. Who knew I could actually enjoy exercise when recovering from surgery.

We would both whole heartedly endorse her for personal training and also her evening and Saturday Nordic walking groups.
