I have purposefuly avoided this branch for several years due to the appalling customer service. I went in today and sadly the machine was unable to process a cheque. A member of staff on the floor passed my cheque to a colleague sitting behind a Tellers desk - she promptly stood up and never came back. Repeated requests, eventually delivered by shouting, failed to resolve the situation. I was there after 14h to avoid the lunchtime rush but even so, a queue of over a dozen customers were waiting for Tellers. I have no idea what the majority of staff are there for, it would seem decoration as they cannot help customers. Dreadful customer experience.
