Yep, they're noisy and like to frolic early in the morning, hope that helps :)

Actually, we usually have them around here, I haven't noticed them lately since you mention it, perhaps all of the traffic works have frightened them away, they'll be back.

St Georges Circus, we usually do have them and I know, they drive you mad. I think I might've had a moan on here about them before.

Flocks of green parrots back and forth end of garden and Deverell street. They make a racket too.

I think there is a thread about this from a couple of years ago. We had quite a flock in The Cut last year and there's always four or five around. They might be noisy, but they seem to keep the common pigeon, of which there is a much bigger flock, out of the garden.

Crows aren't adverse to the odd rat either, which is why they are on my Christmas card list.

They have returned to make sure all is in readiness for Saturday. Good luck.

Oh yes, I've witnessed a crow kill a rat near the Tate Modern.

I thought a crow was going to pick my cat up and fly off with it once, she was a small cat and had got a bit too close to a nest which was on our roof. Seeing the scale of the crow against her as it hovered above her squawking like mad, and her hissing back, I seriously thought she was a goner.
I can well believe that a crow could kill a rat.
