That's right, Guys: the Right Honourable Neil Coyle, MP for Bermondsey & Old Southwark as told the ES that he is preparing to sue his leader for defamation.

It will be interesting to see how this plays out...

I do not know that Neil Coyle is a Privy Councillor. If he is not then he can not be referred to as the Right Honourable, Honourable maybe by fellow Parliamentarians but outside politics and the Palace of Westminster a different view prevails.
Brutus could have learned a few tricks from our dear Neil.

I stand corrected: I clearly was wrong. I should have referred to him as "The Honorable member for Bermondsey & Old Southwark".

Good luck Neil!

Disgusting what Corbyn has done here, naming and shaming his own MPs for often spurious reasons.

Even McDonnel is furious with Corbyn's team of complete amateurs.

Re-education camps and McCarthy-style enemy lists....it's all going a bit cuckoo in Corbyn land

Well, I'll be contributing to Jeremey's Fighting Fund then.
And I might just sue Coyle for being an utterly useless and unresponsive MP who appears to only be interested in his own well-being and ability to hang onto his job. Perhaps someone should point out to him that what he has is NOT by right and NOT a 'job-for-life'. Let's rather have Kate Hooey - at least she fights for public services like libraries and housing and, as importantly, takes the trouble to respond to her constituents (and even to people who are Coyle's constituents but that he cannot be bothered with!).

It's been almost 4 hours since Corbyn's victory has been announced.

Coyle's twitter feed doesn't contain even a pro-forma message of congratulations...

As of yet, no acknowledgement or congratulations to their leader from any of the Newington ward councilors, this despite Corbyn being backed by a majority larger than any Labour leader since John Smith back in 1992.

These are their twitter feeds, and as usual, the silence is deafening...
