Edward, this was exactly what he said to me: "you should not have made assumptions". When he suggested to "touch up the mastic along the way" and then took 4.5 hours to do so, I challenged the fact that he had not been transparant in how much work it would be. According to him, "my assuming that it would be a simple job" was wrong.
Filing a complaint will be senseless and only more negative energy.
