Blackfriars Bridge - lights out

Last night I was out near Blackfriars Bridge, saw a flash of light and then the lights on the bridge went out (both under the river arches and on top of the road surface).

I would've thought it would have been repaired immediately, but all the lights are again out tonight.

Doesn't look particularly safe for vehicles, cyclists or pedestrians. Pretty dark out there.

Is there someone to contact about this kind of thing?

The bridge is maintained by the City of London Corporation, who say:

"If you have an enquiry about one of our bridges or wish to report a defect you can contact our engineering team, part of the District Surveyors Office, by emailing bridges@cityoflondon.gov.uk or calling our Contact Centre on 020 7606 3030."
