Do you know of any good evening cookery courses in SE1 or around?

Morley College does some cookery classes. I don't have their current prospectus, but I seem to recall that there are some in the evenings.

I went to their french cookery class last week, made some really nice herb crusted lamb.

The lady and her friend who run the classes are really friendly you just turn up, she provides all of the ingredients and you cook and eat a three course meal with some nice wine thrown in.

ha ha i went to the vegetarian cooking class there last september. the tutor was on mogadon and made veggie cooking as exciting as putting dairylea on lettuce!

it was dull, dull, dull. if anyone find a good veggie class i would love to know about it as ive not yet progressed beyond burnt cheese on toast

also hilarious (or certainly used to be). Try typing in the contents of your fridge & then see what it comes up with. Usually the most elaborate dishes that require a major trip to Waitrose...
