Recommended builder required

I'm desperate to find a good builder that is big enough to do a full fit out of a 1300 square foot shell apartment but not too big to charge exorbitant corporate rates. If anyone has been thru the same experience or knows someone who has and feels they could recommend a company then I\'d be really grateful.
