On 8 storey Bermondsey Square development watch this space, because you will all soon have your (possibly) last chance to influence what happens as the applicants are preparing a revised scheme. Word has it that it has not significantly changed, so get your comments in, even if you have commented on the previous scheme, as older comments may not be valid. The revising of planning schemes is always an important thing to watch out for. Most revised schemes are approved, and they are often revised without reconsulting the locals again (it is up to the case officer).
