Not as such. But there was (really). And there's a little left on the grass I can see from my window. And the odd car roof still has some. The tubes will have ground to a halt though. But I reckon trusty scooter will get through. Best of British.

I don't know of a webcam, but have you looked at the met office's website? http://www.meto.gov.uk/weather/europe/uk/southeast.html

They have a severe weather warning for the next few hours, and the rest of the week.
