Has city hall really got an enormous car park underneath the building?

lmao...I was told today that it had a car park capable of holding 500 cars?...of course the source of such info. was a cabbie!

p.s. what is it supposed to be....

It is an illustration of the problem of discarded electrical goods.
It contains 3 tons of junk, including 5 fridges, 35 mobile phones, 5 sandwich toasters, 4 lawnmowers
23 feet high by designer Paul Bonomini.

I don't know about a car park for 500 cars (I doubt it but you never know) but it does have an underground entrance from Tooley St which also serves 'More London Bridge'. I understand that all the servicing and supply of the all buildings in the development is taken in through this route.
