As I wandered along the river at the weekend to see the Weee Man sculpture, I discovered that the outdoor Earth from the Air exhibition of photographs by Yann Arthus-Bertrand is currently in the space between City Hall and More London.

This was at the Natural History Museum a few years ago and is definitely worth a visit. Apparently it will be here until December.

We saw this exhibition a couple of years ago when it was at the Natural History Museum - the pictures are stunning and an elegant environmental message accompanies them - worth a look just to stand and admire . . . and envy the photographer of course.

The web site also shows some of the other amazing collections he has created, notably his studio-style portraits of horses (and their owners). The horses collection was on display last Christmas in Copenhagen, and seeing them in large scale is very impressive. But the web will do for a substitute for now....

If you're not itching to get out taking pictures after seeing these, then there's no hope...
