Has anyone else heard about this? Has it been in In SE1 without my noticing? (Maybe not, coz it's in SE16....) I only found out about it because my sis saw a notice on Southwark Park's railings. Anyway, The Proclaimers are playing on Saturday. And Chas and Dave on the 7th August. And it's free!

Never seen that website before, but the Bermondsey Carnival (which feeds into The Event) is certainly listed in this month's in SE1 and this week's SE1 Direct lists both the Carnival and The Event.

Chas and Dave.

Will we be doing something to commemorate this? Cider and jellied eels in the park?

...if you press it, they will come.

Did you know that Tom Oliver (Chair of the 3 Counties Cider and Perry Association) is The Proclaimers' Tour Manager?
I'll go and take him some of our cider.
