There's due to be a supermarket on the ground floor of the building between the forthcoming Hilton hotel and the building next to Potters Fields Park
. Couldn't say which company though.
The problem has not been getting a supermarket to sign up to take the space (they were probably signed up long ago), but getting a business to sign up as tenants for the office building which will be on top of the supermarket. More London won't build the supermarket without having a client for the offices. However, since this is the last remaining plot, and potential clients can now easily see what the rest of the development has turned out like, I don't imagine they'll have too much trouble unless there's a significant downturn in the demand for office space in London.
