Can anyone recommend a plumber for work in the Tower Bridge area?

Don't know if you have solved the problem yet, David.
I'm not a plumber but have fiddled around with similar problems. Is it the stopcock in yr toilet cistern, or in your cold supply header tank? And have you ascertained whether it is limescale that's causing the problem?
