I've posted before recommending Nick Iounnou at Antony Gold at London Bridge.

I would like not to recommend Peter Mantell, who is also at Anthony Gold.

He is dealing with tissues wi have with our lease. His communications with us have been almost non-existant and when he does reply he is unfriendly and generally unhelpful.

While i dont know his experience specifically with changing leases&surrenders, I can also generally recommend Nick Ionnou at Anthony Gold.

We have used Jonathan Nokes at Jackson Nokes, who are based in Royal Oak Yard (just off Bermondsey Street), but not for the work you are after (although related - convenyancing when we moved house), and would recommend him.

The law society provides a listing of solicitors, which can be searched by the type of work they will take on.
