Bus contra flow

I see the bus contra flow up the London Road from the Elephant is working at last - fantastic. Only problem is.......all the cars that used to park on the London Rd and St Georges Rd at evenings and weekends have now been displaced (because of the bus lane in London Rd and the red route in St Georges Rd). And of course they're occupying residents parking spaces instead. I note that zones in other parts of the borough cover much longer hours (seven days a week in some cases), so I reckon parking hours round E&C should be similarly extended. Any ideas who to talk to at Southwark?
