Received an email today from Savills to announce the launch of the Artesian Building:

They're definitely not cheap, but my guess is that they will sell out very quickly. Some of them have a cracking view, although I'm happy down on Alma Grove for now!!

Carmen - i did register with Savills about this but they haven't emailed me. What date/ time have they invited you along to view the flats ?

From the email:

We would like to invite you to the launch of the Artesian Building on Saturday 22 April between 11am and 4pm. The entrance to the show apartment is on Aslcot Road and we look forward to seeing you there.

I always think of holes in the ground seeing Artesian...boreholes in fact ( I used to work for a Artesian Well drillers! pricey for an ole in the ground tho!
