I know, at least it's a positive message although no doubt some dullard will decide it's a distraction for motorists. I wonder who did it? Maybe Banksy although I looked on his website and couldn't see it there, or maybe it's an extension of the great guerilla gardening done a few weeks ago?

I haven't checked this and so I hesitate to suggest that I believe apostrophe's are not strictly required where the upper case is involved.
