Union Street regeneration sheme

I would like to know whether anyone knew anything about the Union Street regeneration sheme. Is is part of a global regeneration project like the Elephant&Castle one, or is it just some pavement repair?
And, as far as The Vault arches presently occupied by the city parking are concerned, does anyone know if they are going to remain there or not, considering the fact that they are straight in the middle of the congestion charging sheme zone?
