Trouble at the Elephant?

Does any one know what has happened at the e and c....a tent has been erected on the grass near the old fish shop opposite guinness trust with the normal tapes etc., and a bus has been stopped in walworth road since 7 am, helicopters have been going continously overhead, has any one been hurt?

I passed at 7:30 on a bus, and saw that Walworth Road was closed between Elephant and Heygate Road, and this was confirmed on BBC London 94.9 but no explanation. My previous flat was right there in the blue building above the new Chinese restaurant, but have now moved round the corner so can't enlighten you. Anyone?
