I want to have sky installed in my apartment in leathermarket court, but found that minidish is not allowed here, and the installation company introduced by the property manager will charge me connection and annual fee etc - it is free if I can have minidish installed by sky. Anybody here had the experience? Thanks for sharing.

Sounds similar to the situation in the block of flats I live in. There might be one or more communal dishes located in the roof space that is owned by some company. They charge you a fee for connection to this dish, and most likely an annual fee as well. Other than that it is just like normal - you pay your subs to Sky depending on the package and the box is free (well it was when I connected - not sky+ or hd).
