Has anyone heard anything about the shooting that happened in Mermaid Court?

Did anyone manage to find out any more on this? I am very curious to know more about it, having heard the two shots.

there is an incident board up looking for witnesses, but it wasn't a shooting - a gun was discharged twice.

a gun was discharged - therfore it was a shooting...

... but it's possible that no one was shot.
