Can't help on the best place to go, but just a note to be careful that wood floors are allowed in your flat under the lease.

Notwithstanding they are there already, many property leases do not allow wood flooring due to the noise transmission issues.

I think there is a company that specialises in wooden floors just off Tower Bridge Road. Do you need to buy the floor as well as have it installed?

From my expereince of wood floor - don't economise on the underfloor layer, it is needed for both heat and sound insulation
I think the fibreboard stuff is best
