Is this what is going up in the new section of the updated RFH, on the left as you are walking from Belvedere Road down towards the river, before you get to Las Iguanas et al? Anyone know when it's planned to open, and if there's a comprehensive list of the new businesses? RFH website is not very helpful.

I think the unit nearest Le Pain Quotidien is going to be Caffe Vergnano

It's the unit actually on the corner of Belvedere Road & Festival Walk. Quite large, and it does have what I thought was the Ping Pong logo dotted about inside, but Ping Pong's website has nothing about it as a 'new opening'.... Hmm.

Here's hoping it is Ping Pong - I love dim sum!

According to Lambeth Planning's Public Access Database, Ping Pong are the applicant in case 06/02891/FUL validated on 17/10/2006. I think this was advertised in the SLP in late October, and I did wonder who the tenant might be.

"Alterations to shopfront of unit 8 including new set of double doors to the side elevation and installation of louvres and new glazing on part of the rear elevation."
