I've received a letter from Southwark Planning of an application for conversion of the Lambeth College on Tooley Street to a 57 bed "boutique" hotel with bar and restaurant. Does anyone know who's behind the development?

There's quite a lot about this in the ongoing thread about the whole Potters Fields site.

Anyone know whether Berkeley have managed to sell the building/find a development partner?
