Demolition next to Vinopolis

Does anyone know what the demolition next door to Vinopolis on Park Street is making way for?

I passed by today and saw that there had been some demolition on Park Street.

If you know the exact number /address you can simply look on Southwarks planning register online & it will tell you whats being built.

The street numbering of Park Street is somewhat eccentric IIRC.

Is this the site next to the former Greater London Enterprise office (no.28 IIRC)?

Does anybody know whats planned for 185 Park St- There was plans for offices & a 22 storey residential tower but that was refused last March??

Except that in the third picture there are two people with enormously long legs and a fellow carrying what appears to be a shrimping net.
