Whilst digging a big hole the builders have created a big pile of rubble that is threatening collapse of the hoarding & endangering pedestrians. How do we bring this to their/H&S attention? Anyone?

Ring Southwark on 7525 2000 and tell them you are reporting a dangerous structure, they'll send someone out to check it.
