I have finally put a face to the name - James was on the lunchtime BBC London news regarding Tesco not delivering to certain SE1 areas after 6pm.

It seems to be addressed with a postcode beginning SE1 2 that are affected.

Just watched the clip. Really extraordinary that this little corner of London has been identified as a no-go by Tesco. Not South Central LA or Basra or Bogota or even, er, the Stonebridge estate in Harlesden - it's Shad Thames. Not exactly the wrong side of the tracks.
