Octavia Hill Housing and Care

As a tenant of Octavia Housing ASC SE1. Myself and other tenants have had ten years of nuisance and fear from a certain flat re Anti Social Behavior etc. Octavia have failed the other tenants so badly in this peroid,failng to evict the offenders, that despite Ombudsman cases/ Constant Police Intervention etc the situation is still ongoing.Octavia instead of trying to rectify the situation have behaved with such malice towards it's tenants/witnesses/us, that details are too horrific to post here. This statement is based on our facts and opinion. S. Wark Victim Support have advised me to sue Octavia for trauma.Which I am considering. S.Wark Police who have been very supportive have informed us there are other Octavia residents in the area who have problems with Octavia not forfilling their tenancy agreemnet re Nuisance etc(details confidential) I wondered if any of you read this could you get in touch.
