The railway arches that run between Waterloo Road and Blackfriars Road (On Wootton Street SE1) are all being renovated for what look to be commercial spaces. Does anyone have any idea about what type of use these spaces will be put to?

Office space and a cafe, according to the sign at the end of Sandell Street.

There's nothing on the Spacia website about it though

I did hear, before they started work on the arches, that TopNotch gym was going to expand into the arch next door and include a pool.

However I have a feeling that this idea has been shelved, or was made up to start with.

All but three of the railway arches along what was once Isabella Street [behind Southwark tube Station] now have signs plastered on the windows stating they have been let and will become a Mediterranean Restaurant and Bar.
