I am a female self defence instructor teaching a unique form of self defence know as Kateda. This form of self defence is non-competative and non-aggressive and well suited to women. Kateda focusus on health and fitness, self confidence and central power. I am keen to promote women only classes in the South East area of London to encourage women to learn a knowledge of self defence as I beleive it is important in todays society.
If you are a group of women with a minimum number of 10 members and would like some more information about setting up a class please contact me.
