Does anybody understand the implications of the planning application for the change of use of the ground floor at the Longstone Court Development at the top end of Dover Street? [South side, beside AMEC building, SE1 4LB]
The ground floor has remained unoccupied since the site has been developed.
The proposal wording is: "Change of use of the ground floor from office (B1)/retail (A1) to mixed use office (B1)/retail(A1)/D1 (non-residential institution)"
Any insight much appreciated - any objections need to be placed by May 22
