I googled and found a link to journey planner which gave the staitins you could catch trains from, but I guess it's now shanks' pony and/or buses to get home......
they said up to 24 hours closure on the news just now.

Southwark Park Road is open to pedestrians - it's only closed to traffic because it's full of fire brigade vehicles.

Oh good. I read that there was a 200m exclusion zone and a centre for evacuated residents and rather put two and two together, given that our flat backs onto a yard, which backs onto a factory, which backs onto the railway arches...

Major fire in South East London disrupts train services
Due to a major fire involving gas cylinders at a premises in Blue Anchor Lane in South-East London this morning, all railway lines between New Cross, New Cross Gate and London Bridge have been closed to train services.
Services are not running to or from London Bridge, Charing Cross, Cannon Street and Waterloo East until further notice.
Arrangements are being made to divert as many trains as possible into London Victoria and London Blackfriars stations, and Southeastern ticket holders will be allowed to use all reasonable bus, tube and Docklands Light Railway routes to help complete their journeys.
But delays and cancellations are inevitable, possibly for the next 24 hours, and so passengers are advised to check before making journeys in and out of London.
Southeastern tickets are being accepted on London Buses, London Underground and Docklands Light Railway.

Revised Timetable London Buses, London Underground and Docklands Light Railway will all accept Southeastern tickets.
Cannon Street to London Bridge
A ‘shuttle' train service will operate between these stations.
Charing Cross to London Bridge
A ‘shuttle' train service will operate between these stations.
Dartford via Sidcup
Trains will start at Victoria and run fast to Lewisham, calling at all stations via Sidcup.
Dartford via Woolwich
Trains will start at Victoria and run fast to Lewisham, then call at Blackheath and Charlton and then all stations to Dartford.
Dartford via Bexleyheath
Trains will start at Victoria and run fast to Lewisham then all stations to Dartford.
Hayes Line
Trains will start at New Cross and call at all stations to Hayes.
Orpington / Sevenoaks via Grove Park
Trains will start at Blackfriars and go fast to Lewisham, then calling at all stations to Orpington / Sevenoaks via Grove Park.
Hastings via Tunbridge Wells
Services will start and terminate at Tonbridge.
Passengers can also travel from Victoria and change at Tonbridge.
Margate / Ramsgate via Tonbridge / Ashford / Dover / Canterbury
Trains will start at Victoria and run fast to Sevenoaks.
Change at Tonbridge for Hildenborough, Paddock Wood, Marden, Staplehurst, Headcorn & Pluckley.
Victoria to Orpington stopping services
Change at Orpington for Chelsfield, Knockholt, Dunton Green, Sevenoaks.
Tunbridge Wells - Redhill - London Bridge
Services will only operate between Tunbridge Wells and Redhill.
Early evening Cannon Street to Ashford services will start from Elephant & Castle
Departing at 17:22, 17:44, 18:04 18:30 and calling additionally at Orpington.
If you're travelling to:
Deptford - go to Lewisham and change for New Cross
Greenwich - go to Lewisham and use the Docklands Light Railway
Maze Hill and Westcombe Park - join local bus services at Lewisham
A shuttle service will operate from Dartford calling at all stations to Gravesend / Gillingham
A shuttle service will operate from Orpington calling at all stations to Ashford International
