I tried contacting the Evening Standard to see if they had anymore information, but they don't seem to know what's going on either.

But surely they have some sort of plan before they start building otherwise they're undertaking a big risk. & if it does happen that Berkeley or the council are waiting for future developments, why can't they state that?
