went along to see these...expecting models, maps and some depth, only to find a rather pathetic exhibition panel and a pile of questionaires, which you couldn't hope to answer as the display went into no detail whatsoever.

I know these are available deep in some obscure planning department, but shouldnt the plans be more readily available to the public?

From the little I saw, what I see the plans look really exciting, but I wonder if the residents of the huge ugly Heygate estate which will be demolished, have been properly consulted, and I pray that these limited plans are not another ill thought facade of improvement, rather than an in depth building of what essentially is a new town centre- the responsibility is huge!

I hope it works, as this forlorn area of london is screaming out for an identity

If the timescale is proportional to the time taken to rebuild the Northern Line ticket hall there, it will be ready in about (ooh) 50 years! :-/
