Decorative Gas Fires

My fabulous gas fire has stopped working and nobody local seems to be interested in coming to service it. I have tried to get the engineers from Blue Mantle and Combination Fires (both Old Kent Road) involved but they just say: 'it sounds like such and such - I need to order a part' and then nothing seems to happen. When I've phoned them back it is always the same line ('I need to order a part..').

Can anyone on this forum recommend a decorative gas fire repairer???

Here's hoping (now the cold nights are drawing in!)
