Unless you have been to SE1 and experienced their service you have no place to be so negative. I have been to this salon since it opened. The manager encourages good training to staff and the atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxing. Why should a local business that encourages community spirit not ask for help? There is by far not enough of this in London areas. I would also like to add that since SE1 opened there has always been staff of different ethnic origins. So they are not playing the card. It's a fact!
