has there been any news on the development in Royal Oak Yard? Last i heard they'd been rejected (because it was a monstrosity at 9 stories!) but that the probability was to settle for something smaller...

I guess you mean the Recall site. It was rejected on 21 Jan - and no word since.......it looked quite pretty this morning, covered with snow :-)
