"Unity-Gap"

Does anyone know who or what this is? Some posters have appeared advertising a "Taste of Southwark" fundraising event in Mint Street Park on 20th April, but it doesn't give any deails of what the funds are needed for or what Unity Gap might be - no contact details or anything. I tried googling, but nothing. Any ideas?
