Southwark BR/Great Suffolk St Fri Night

There was a lot of shouting and wailing last night - was quite scary like someone had been shot/knocked down.

Police came but left pretty quickly.

Anyone know what happened? or were people just really hammered?! (it was about 12.30am or so)

Looked like a fire alarm in one of the buildings, what with a bunch of drunk people standing outside and the fire brigade flashing their lights.
I'm guessing the police would have hung around a bit if someone had been shot.

Think this may have been a different incident. There were no fire engines.

Two girls were running up and down the street and one kept collapsing on the pavement. The other was very distressed.

Then a lad came up and was shouting too.

Was pretty distressing

Okay, sorry - doesn't sound like as much fun as I thought. Maybe the fire engines were earlier. A busy night on Great Suffolk St, either way.
