Just got in and found this on the mat:
Welcome to the first issue of Apollo News for the Tabard Gardens Estate.
Apollo are working with Southwark Council to carry out various improvement works on Tabard Gardens.
Due to the problem of pigeons gathering around the blocks,
Apollo have purchased two artificial long-eared owls, as advised by pest control, which should act as a deterrent and stop pigeons from landing.
Apollo News will keep you updated on their progress.
I won't be surprised to see the pigeons landing on the owls head.

What if the pigeons read this? They will know the owls have artificial long ears and not take them seriously.

How boring - why don't they just get real owls? Or some condors even. Liven the place up a bit.
