hall for hire in Waterloo area?

Does anyone know of a decent sized hall or similar venue in the Waterloo area which we could use for a tai chi class? The class is currently held in a hall in Cornwall Road but unfortunately we have to vacate it soon as it is being renovated. Any suggestions for alternative venues would be welcomed! Many thanks

Have you tried the Lambeth Mission in Lambeth Road by the Lambeth Walk. It has a similar sized hall, also used by lots of community groups

I was told about this one in a previous post about local venues:
"Don't forget the Waterloo Action Centre, the old library building on the corner of Lower Marsh and (more or less) Westminster Bridge Road. Downstairs has a couple of big rooms that are hired out. A bit scruffy but seem popular. They also have a nice room upstairs and newly installed wheelchair access.
Its meant to be a community facility so should be cheap, and there does not seem to be a problem with music."
Hope this helps.
