Oh, dear. I'm sorry to hear of your experience, but thank you for posting as I was considering using the same company, having seen a recommendation in passing some time ago.

On an irrelevant note, I find it odd (although not surprising given your experience) that they wouldn't tell you this information. You weren't asking for anything extraordinary, and I do believe it's the law for companies to proactively publicise this information, and reveal it on demand.

I could be wrong though...
