Anyone here live in grange road or near by around 1945-1965+ loved to hear from you

I lived off grange Road (Webb Street) till about 1966 then moved to Long Lane - which seemed miles away

Lived on Alscot Rd(willow walk end) from 1953 to 1967
when the demolition for the new estate was built. then relocated to the Bonamy
Went to Boucher and Bacon both in Grange Rd and
Pages Walk. Now have a place in Henley Drive

I remember the name from school daysb but cant place the face now, other names from the street who went to Bacons were Billy Roskilly. Fez Webster. Martin Owers
David and Derek Fricker,and from Boucher John and Alan Millar and Geoff Phillips
Going back to Grange Rd I remember going to the
wrestling at the baths on Friday evenings with local boys 'Dazzler Joe Cornelius' and Steve Anglo,then using the laundry the next morning
Also after Canon Murnane Rd became part of Spa Park
playing large scale football kickabouts on the grass
with a couple of players who went to professional level mainly Alan Dennis. Dennis Burnet and Alan
Dorney from Dunton Rd flats

not to sure of the other names ,never went to the wrestling ,tho i did follow it on telly and at Brixton venue
I lived just over the road from the baths, next to the lorry yard
so lurker would i recall your name i wonder
